Mr. Brunicardi had his own firm in New Jersey for nine years before moving to Southwest Florida in 2005 and joining our firm in 2011 serving as the Managing Attorney for our Sarasota Office.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in 1995 and opened his own firm in 1996 in New Jersey where he practiced in the areas of Real Estate and Business Law until moving to southwest Florida in 2005. Mr. Brunicardi has been practicing in Sarasota since 2009 focusing in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, real estate and business law. He is currently a member in good standing of the Bars of the States of Florida and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Brunicardi is active in his community and is a member of the Board of the Leadership Council of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and a Board member of the Sarasota-Bradenton Attorneys' Real Estate Council. Mr. Brunicardi is also a Board member of Sarasota Kiwanis, as well as a member of the Sarasota Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and is a graduate of the 2009-2010 Leadership Class of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce.
